2011 is the year of the cake pops. even though the process is a little longer than your usual cakes and cupcakes, they are definitely worth the effort. the great thing about cake pops is that you can get super creative with how you mould your cake. hearts, fruits and animals are not out of the question. and best of all, its a no mess eating indulgence thats perfect for parties!
